What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
As soon as you know that your card has been lost or stolen, call us on one of the numbers in Contact us. We will block the lost card and depending on your circumstances and location, we will arrange to get you emergency cash, travellers cheques or a replacement card*. If you have a second card, you can continue to access your account using that card. You must still contact us to report the loss or theft of your first card, as this card can still be used to access your funds until it is blocked.
What if a cash machine retains my card?
Call us on one of the numbers in Contact us. We will block the card and arrange for a replacement card or funds*. If you have a second card, you can continue to access your account using that card. You must still contact us so we can block your first card.
