How to Replace or Cashout your Cash Passport Card
CARD EXPIRATION
Your Card will expire on the date indicated on the front of the Card. If you have funds remaining on the Card after expiration, you may choose to transfer the funds to another Cash Passport Card.
LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
If your Card is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately to cancel it and obtain a free replacement. Rest assured that your balance is PIN protected and if you have an Additional Card, you can still access those funds with the Additional Card.
The new MasterCard® GBP£ and EUR€ Cash Passports are now chip and PIN protected.
CASHOUT AND CLOSE
If you would prefer not to keep your Card for another trip, you can withdraw your remaining balance (assuming it is within the ATM’s issuing limits) from a MasterCard®, Visa or Plus ATM. Alternatively, you can take your Card back to a participating store of where the Card was purchased and have your balance unloaded at the prevailing exchange rate, less any applicable fees.
