How to Replace or Cashout your Cash Passport Card
CARD EXPIRATION
Your Card will expire on the date indicated on its face. If you have funds remaining on the Card after expiration, you may choose to transfer the funds to another Travelex Cash Passport Card..
LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
If your card is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately so we can cancel it and provide you with a free replacement. Rest assured that your balance is PIN protected and if you have a second card you can still access those funds with the secondary card.
CASHOUT AND CLOSE
If you would prefer not to keep your card for another trip, you can withdraw your remaining balance (assuming it is within the ATMs issuing limits) from a MasterCard ATM or Visa ATM. Alternatively, you can take your card back to the place you bought it and have your balance refunded, less any applicable fees. (See your Terms and Conditions for further details).
