Cash Passport is a new way of managing your money while traveling. As safe as travelers cheques, but more convenient, you can easily pre-load the Cash Passport with your travel budget for use in millions of ATMs, shops and restaurants worldwide.
(Re)load your Card at participating banks, credit unions and travel agents – it’s so flexible you could even use it as a way of saving for your travels, giving you complete control over your budget.
BEFORE YOU GO - THIS PART IS IMPORTANT!
Please sign the back of your Card as soon as you get it, then memorize your PIN. If you have a new GBP or EUR chip and PIN MasterCard® Cash Passport and would like a PIN reminder, please call Card Services, or register your Card on ‘My Account’ today. Please note you cannot change the PIN.
If you have a Visa Cash Passport or a USD MasterCard® Cash Passport and you want to change your PIN to something more memorable, simply register your Card on ‘My Account’ and follow the instructions. Or you can call Card Services and change your PIN over the phone.
Then just like a debit card, you can use your Cash Passport at ATMs displaying the MasterCard® Acceptance Mark or the Visa or Plus logo (depending on which type of Cash Passport you have). Simply enter your PIN and how much you want to take out.
You can also use your Cash Passport at any merchant showing the MasterCard® Acceptance Mark or Visa or Plus logo (depending on which type of Cash Passport you have).
Cash Passport gives you all the security of travelers cheques, with the convenience of a bank card. Other benefits include:
- Ability to budget prior to traveling
- Access to worldwide ATM withdrawals
- Additional Card to access the same travel funds
- Additional Card linked to the same funds to use as a back up
