How to change your PIN
IF YOU HAVE A MASTERCARD CASH PASSPORT
Simply go to a participating UK ATM displaying the MasterCard® Acceptance Mark, select 'PIN Services' and follow the instructions on the screen. Click here for the MasterCard ATM locator. Please note, you cannot change the PIN on a MasterCard Cash Passport over the phone or at any ATM outside of the UK.
IF YOU HAVE A VISA CASH PASSPORT
Register your Card on 'My Account' and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can call Card Services and change your PIN over the phone.
