This Service is provided by Access Prepaid Worldwide Limited (“Access Prepaid Worldwide”) registered in England and Wales under company registration number 05429739, whose registered office is at Worldwide House, Thorpe Wood, Peterborough PE3 6SB with VAT registration number: 018215740.
The Service is only available to UK residents aged eighteen (18) years or over who hold a credit or debit card that is issued in the United Kingdom with a United Kingdom billing address.
These Terms and Conditions explain how the Service works, our obligations to you and also your obligations to us.
In these Terms and Conditions
Card Services: means any services including call centre services provided by Access Prepaid Worldwide, in connection with the Cash Passport card (“the Card”).
online: means access to the Service through the Internet.
Personal Information: means the information that we collect through the internet, when we provide you with the Service, including any application form, correspondence, emails, telephone calls and the credit or debit card transactions.
Service: means those services set out below.
Website: means the internet site through which you have accessed the Service.
we, us, our: means Access Prepaid Worldwide.
working day: means Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00, excluding Bank and Public Holidays in the UK.
you, your: means the purchaser of Cash Passport.
This Service is provided by us online. Any orders placed are subject to the minimum of £30 per order and a maximum of £2,500 calculated in Sterling. To protect against fraud, we may apply certain limits to the total value that may be ordered by you or from your billing address. We also reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if these limits are breached and in this event will notify you accordingly. Payment will only be accepted in Sterling and the rate of exchange applied on the Website is calculated to a number of decimal places and will be rounded up to the nearest penny.

These Terms and Conditions will be provided with the Cash Passport upon delivery. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully when you receive your Cash Passport. By purchasing a Cash Passport, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
When placing an order, we will require evidence of your identity and your residential address. To verify your identity and address we will carry out checks on you electronically.
These Terms and Conditions explain how the Service works, our obligations to you and also your obligations to us.
Your Cash Passport will be sent to you by 1st class Royal Mail and should arrive within three (3) business days from receipt of your confirmation email*. If you have not received your Cash Passport after ten (10) days, please call us on 0845 301 0431 and select option 2.
* three (3) business day delivery cannot be guaranteed to certain remote locations in the UK.
When you buy a Cash Passport online, it must be activated before use. To activate your Cash Passport, please call Card Services at which time you will be taken through the Identification and Verification process for security purposes.
Confirmation of Order
When you place an order online we recommend that you print off a copy of the order confirmation screen that contains details of your order number and confirmation of the purchases you have made. You will also be sent an email confirmation of the order to the email address that you provide and an order confirmation with your order.
The entry on your credit or debit card statement will appear as “Access Prepaid Worldwide Limited”. If there is any discrepancy on your card or bank statements, please contact your payment card issuer and us immediately.
The charges for delivering your order will appear in the online quote and order summary. You will not be charged a card handling fee if you choose to pay by Maestro, MasterCard® Debit or Visa Debit Cards. If you wish to pay by MasterCard Credit Card or Visa Credit Card, a card handling fee of 1.5% of the order value will be applied (min £4.00 - max £15.00). This will be shown within your order summary as a “Credit Card handling fee”. The total sum payable by you will be shown in your order summary.
Your credit card issuer / provider may charge a “cash handling fee” - please check the terms and conditions of your agreement. Any additional charge will not appear on your order total but will appear on your card statement.
Replacements and Returns
If you do not receive your order because of a fault on our part or it is incorrect, we will send you a replacement. If you have not received your order, are travelling imminently and need the delivery as a matter of urgency then we will try to make alternative arrangements including collection from one of our airport retail outlets. This delivery service will be provided at our cost where the delay in delivery or any error is our fault. If the delay is not our fault, then we reserve the right to make an additional charge.
If we need to contact you we will use the email address or any of the other contact details provided by you. You will be asked to provide us with your home landline telephone number, which we require for security purposes.

If you need to contact us with regard to your order, call us on 0845 301 0431. We may ask security questions to confirm your identity. For your security and to ensure the quality of our Service to you, calls to us are recorded and may be monitored.
Privacy and Security

In particular, Access Prepaid Worldwide does not give any warranty as to the accuracy, suitability, reliability, completeness, performance, fitness, freedom from viruses or timeliness of the content or services contained on the Website.
Moreover, but without limiting the exclusion, the information services on the Website are intended for use by holiday or business travellers and should not be used for speculation or investment. - For any failure on the part of the Royal Mail or any other company through whom we send your order to deliver on time.
- Loss of information or unauthorised use of data arising as a result of you using encryption systems below our recommended level.
- Any failure by you to provide us with correct information when you order.
- If we are unable to perform any of our obligations to you due to failure of any technical systems or for any other reasons beyond our reasonable control including, amongst other things, war, terrorism, government action, natural disaster, and industrial dispute.
- For any damage to your computer equipment as a result of using the Website or the Service.
- For any indirect or consequential losses, claims or damages suffered by you or incurred from your use or delay or inability to use the Website or the Service however caused.
- Our maximum liability to you in respect of each use of the Service for a Cash Passport order shall be limited to a sum equal to the total purchase price of the Cash Passport order.
- Nothing will limit our liability to you for death or personal injury arising out of our negligence or our fraudulent misrepresentation or misstatement or affect your statutory rights.
Our maximum liability to you in respect of each use of the Service shall be to refund the purchase price of that order. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in these Online Terms and Conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Access Prepaid Worldwide or any of its employees or agents or for fraud. If any provisions of these Online Terms and Conditions including any disclaimers and limitations is found to be unlawful or unenforceable then such provisions shall fall away and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As your order is processed with payment authorisation from your credit or debit card issuer on order, and we prepare your order within one (1) working day and delivery takes place within five (5) working days, it is not possible for you to cancel your order once it has been placed with us.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment your order will not be accepted.
3D Secure is a payment verification protocol (branded as 'MasterCard Secure Code' and 'Verified by Visa'), used by major credit and debit card companies to prevent payment card fraud. Depending on the card issuer, 3D Secure is an opt-out option or a required service for using the payment card to make internet purchases. Cards registered with 3D Secure require the user to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This is not the same PIN code that is issued with the payment card. 3D Secure verifies the payment card details provided by you. The system is completely automated and we do not store any of the data provided by the 3D Secure system.
Transferring Our Rights
We may assign our rights and benefits under these Terms and Conditions at any time, which will not affect your legal rights.
Third Party Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any term under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties Act 1999).
Alteration of Terms
We may, at any time, with immediate effect, in respect of future orders, change, suspend or withdraw the Website, the Service and these Online Terms and Conditions without notice and without liability to you. If we revise these Terms, we will post the revised version on the Website. You are expected to check our Online Terms and Conditions from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you. By using the Website or the Service or by placing orders after we have changed these Terms, you will be accepting the changes.
