As of 1st April 2013, the role of the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA), the authority which regulates Cash Passport and the issuer of Cash Passport, was divided between the UK Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Don’t worry, the way your Cash Passport works has not changed and the terms of your Agreement remain the same but the issuer of your Cash Passport is now authorised by the PRA and regulated by the FCA and the PRA.
