How to Replace or Cashout your Multi-currency Cash Passport ™ Card
If your Cash Passport card has expired or is close to expiring, you can call our Customer Service Team on 0800 444 691 or email them at email@example.com and they can help with transferring your funds to a new Card.
CASHING OUT AND CLOSING YOUR CARD
If you’re not planning to travel soon, you can ask for your funds to be cashed out and refunded to you. Simply download the Cash Out form here and send to our Customer Services Team. A cash out fee applies.
LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
If your Multi-currency Cash Passport is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately, so they can cancel it or organise a free replacement. Rest assured that your balance is PIN protected and you can still access your funds with your second Card.
