How to Replace or Cashout your Cash Passport Card
CARD EXPIRY
If your Cash Passport has expired or is close to expiring, you can call our Customer Service Team on 0800 480 481 or email them at cpp@accessprepaidww.com.au and they can help with transferring your funds to a new Card.
Alternatively, just take your Cash Passport and valid ID back to the branch of the bank or retailer you bought it from, to transfer any remaining balance and load a new one.
CASHING OUT AND CLOSING YOUR CARD
If you would prefer not to keep your Card at the end of your trip, you can withdraw your remaining balance (assuming it is within the ATM’s issuing limits) from an ATM, displaying the MasterCard® or Visa Acceptance Mark (depending on which type of Cash Passport you have).
Alternatively, download a Cash Out form here and send it to our Customer Services Team. A cashout fee applies.
LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
If your Cash Passport is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately, so they can cancel it and organise a free replacement. Rest assured that your balance is PIN protected and if you have a second Card you can still access your funds with the Additional Card.
