Before you go
First things first, before you start packing, there are a couple of important things you need to do. Please sign the back of your Cash Passport, as soon as you receive it, and then memorise your PIN.
If you have a MasterCard® Cash Passport, you can register your Card on the ‘My Account’ page on this website, or phone Card Services for a PIN reminder any time, but you cannot change your PIN.
If you have a Visa Cash Passport you can change your PIN to something more memorable. Register your Card on the ‘My Account’ page on this website and follow the instructions or call Card Services and do it over the phone.
