How to Replace or Cashout your Cash Passport Card
CARD EXPIRY
Before your card expires we will contact you to ask if you’d like to transfer the balance to a new card.
Alternatively, just take your valid photo ID back to our Travelex Retail shops to transfer any remaining balance and load a new one.
LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
If your card is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately so we can cancel it and organise a free replacement. Rest assured that your balance is PIN protected and if you have a second card you can still access those funds with the secondary card.
Cash Out
How do I get a refund of the balance on my card? (“Cash Out”)
1) Please send your Cash Out form to us via fax or by post.
Please Print off & fill in the Cash Out form.
If you are not able to access it, call us at 03-3568-1062. The form will be sent via fax or by post.

Fill in the form and send it to us with other shown requisites.
We pay to your designated account. When you have obtained a refund of the full balance on your card, the card has been cancelled. Please discard the cards.
2) Please use any branch of Travelex Japan KK.
Fill in Cash Out form and withdraw the required cash on your card. Please take both your Cash Passport and identification with you. When you have obtained a refund of the full balance on your card, the card should be handed back to us.
Note:
Foreign currency card balance will be converted at a rate determined by us on the date of the Cash Out. JP¥500 (consumption tax included) is applied and deducted from the Cash Out amount. Please bring your identification..
