Purchasing your Cash Passport is just as simple as using one. Just take your photo ID along to any of the participating banks, travel agents or Travelex branches, purchase your Cash Passport, load up some currency and the next stop is the departure lounge.
Before you go
First things first, before you start packing there are a couple of important things you need to do. Please sign the back of your Cash Passport as soon as you receive it, then memorise your PIN. You can change your PIN at any time by visiting ‘My Account’ and following the instructions or by calling us and doing it over the phone

Recent changes to regulations in Japan require that we make changes to our service. These amendments and how they impact you are explained HERE for CUP Cardholders and HERE for Visa Cardholders.
Please note that any Visa Cash Passport purchased before 1st April 2010 will NOT be reloadable after that date. Once funds are spent, a replacement MasterCard Cash Passport will be available to you.
