You can use the CUP Cash Passport to withdraw funds from CUP ATMs in Mainland China and most CUP ATMs in Hong Kong and Macau, or to make purchases at over 1.3 million CUP merchants.
Purchasing your Cash Passport is just as simple as using one. Just take your photo ID along to any participating Travelex branch in Hong Kong, purchase your Cash Passport, load up your currency and the next stop is the departure lounge.
BEFORE YOU GO
First things first; before you start packing there are a couple of important things you need to do. Please sign the back of your Cash Passport as soon as you receive it, then memorise your PIN.
If you have a MasterCard Cash Passport, you can register your Card on the ‘My Account’ page on this website or phone Card Services for a PIN reminder at any time. Please note that you CANNOT change your PIN.
If you have a CUP Cash Passport, you can change your PIN to something more memorable. Register your Card on the ‘My Account’ page on this website and follow the instructions, or call Card Services and do it over the phone.
