How to Replace or Cashout your Cash Passport
CASH PASSPORT EXPIRY
Before your Cash Passport expires we will contact you to ask if you’d like to transfer the balance to a new Cash Passport.
Alternatively, just take your valid photo ID back to a participating branch of the bank where you purchased your Cash Passport. Once you have purchased a new one you can transfer any remaining balance from your old Cash Passport.
LOST OR STOLEN CASH PASSPORT
If your Cash Passport is lost or stolen, contact Customer Services immediately so we can cancel it and help get your trip back on track. Rest assured that your balance is PIN protected and you can still access those funds with your free secondary Cash Passport that was provided to you at the time of purchase.
CASHOUT AND CLOSE
If you would prefer not to keep your Cash Passport for another trip, you can return to a participating branch of the bank where you bought it and cash out the remaining balance (a fee may apply).
