One of the great benefits of Cash Passport is that if you lose your Cash Passport or it’s stolen, your funds can be replaced quickly. Our dedicated team is on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help. If your Cash Passport goes missing call us straightaway (please see table below for correct number), and we’ll cancel it, giving complete protection to your funds. We can then make appropriate arrangements to minimise the impact on your trip, including emergency cash replacement.

* Please remember to add the International prefix of the country you are in to the beginning of this number (in most cases this is 00, for example 0044 20 7166 7822). Calls to this number are not free of charge.
Cash Passport is PIN-protected, so no one can access your funds without your PIN.
If you notice any transactions on your account that are incorrect or that you don’t recognise please call our 24 hour helpline immediately. If you believe your PIN or any other security information may have been compromised please call us.
If you have two Cash Passports for a single Cash Passport account and you lose one of these Cash Passports you can still access your funds using the additional Cash Passport, without having to wait for a replacement Cash Passport. Please be aware that you must still call Customer Services immediately so that we can block the lost or stolen Cash Passport.
If both Cash Passports are lost or stolen, we can arrange for replacement Cash Passports, and if necessary start the procedure for disputing unauthorised transactions. We can also arrange emergency funds up to the balance of your Cash Passport, sent to you via our global money transfer network free of charge, generally within 20 minutes but up to 24 hours in more remote locations.
