How to Replace or Cashout your Card
CARD EXPIRY
Ask the Selling Agent where you bought it to transfer any remaining balance and load a new card.
LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
If your card is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately so we can cancel it and organise a free replacement. Rest assured that your balance is PIN and signature protected and if you have a second card you can still access those funds with the secondary card.
CASHOUT AND CLOSE
If you would prefer not to keep your card for another trip, you can withdraw your remaining balance (assuming it is within the ATMs issuing limits) from a Visa or Plus ATM. Alternatively, you can take your card back to the place you bought it and have your balance refunded, less any applicable fees. (See table of Fees & Limits for further details).
