TRANSFERRING YOUR BALANCE FROM A SINGLE CURRENCY CASH PASSPORT TO A NEW MULTI-CURRENCY CASH PASSPORT
Existing Single Currency Cash Passport MasterCard or Visa cardholders can transfer the funds on their existing cards to a new Multi-currency Cash Passport MasterCard if purchased from Multi-currency Cash Passport partners in Australia.(Excludes Multi-currency cards purchased from Travelex).
To do so:
- Cardholder must purchase a new Multi-currency Cash Passport with a minimum balance of AUD100 – it is important that the cards are activated when sold; and
- Cardholder needs to email firstname.lastname@example.org with the old card number and the new card numbers in full, as well as the relevant cardholder’s full name. They will also need to put BALANCE TRANSFER as the subject heading.
The balance transfer will take five (5) business days to process.
