HOW TO REPLACE OR CASHOUT YOUR RYANAIR CASH PASSPORT
CARD EXPIRY
Before your Ryanair Cash Passport expires, you can contact Card Services to transfer the balance to a new Card.
LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
If your Ryanair Cash Passport is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately so they can cancel it and organise a free replacement. Rest assured, your balance is PIN protected and, if you have a second Card, you can still access your funds with the Additional Card.
CASHOUT AND CLOSE
If you would prefer not to keep your Card for another trip, you can withdraw your remaining balance (assuming it is within the ATM's issuing limits) from an ATM displaying the MasterCard® Acceptance Mark. Alternatively, you may redeem the balance of any unspent funds on your Ryanair Cash Passport (less the applicable Cash out fee) through Card Services, any time. You may be required to provide identification.
