RELOADING YOUR RYANAIR CASH PASSPORT
Want to put more money onto your Card? Easy. You can either:
- Reload online
- Transfer money via a bank transfer, with internet banking
Ryanair Cash Passport cardholders are offered a convenient way to reload their Cash Passport online. You can use a UK issued Visa and MasterCard credit or debit card to top up your Ryanair Cash Passport, by clicking here and following the on-screen instructions.
Please note that online reloads will take up to 1 working day to be credited to your Ryanair Cash Passport.
Please note that online reloads can only be processed and accepted if the name and UK registered address of the payment cardholder matches the name and address of the Primary Ryanair Cash Passport cardholder.
Another efficient way to reload your Card is directly from your bank account. If you have internet banking or telephone banking facilities, your Ryanair Cash Passport can be reloaded in this way. Please click here for a list of banks from which you can make a payment.
Payments will only be accepted from bank accounts in the name of the Ryanair Cash Passport cardholder. Please include your 16 digit Ryanair Cash Passport card number as a reference. If the Ryanair Cash Passport card number is missing or the bank account holder’s name is not the same as the Ryanair Cash Passport cardholder’s, it will not be possible to reload your Card and the funds will be returned to your bank account.
This is what you do:
- Check the list of banks from which we can successfully load payments.
- Before logging on or contacting your bank to reload, please ensure you have registered your email address in the secure 'My Account' area of this website.
- Then you can either phone your bank or log onto your bank’s website and create a new payee to make a payment.

Amount: Please ensure the amount you load on your Ryanair Cash Passport is within the allowed Card limits.
If given the option, request that the funds leave your account immediately to avoid any delays. It may take up to 5 working days for your funds to be transferred by your bank, however, be assured that we will load the funds onto your Ryanair Cash Passport within 24 hours of receiving them.
We will send you confirmation, either via email or post, when your reload has been successful.
