Click here and enter the first 6 digits of your Cash Passport card number. You will be taken to another screen, which will either ask you to enter a User Name and Password or your full 16 digit Cash Passport card number.
The first time you try to log in to ‘My Account’ you will not have a User Name and Password, so please select the 'Need a Login?' link and then follow the instructions on the screen.

‘My Account’ is an online Card management area where, once you have registered your Cash Passport, you can check your balance and review your transaction history. You can also change your PIN (Visa Cash Passports only) or request a PIN reminder (MasterCard Cash Passports only).
We don’t normally provide paper statements, but you can check your Card balance and recent transaction history by registering your Cash Passport on 'My Account', and print those details at your convenience.
You can manage these everyday aspects of your Cash Passport online, as soon as you’ve registered your Card on ‘My Account’, or you can call Card Services.
Please note: your Card comes with a pre-selected PIN. You cannot change the PIN issued with the Card. For a PIN reminder, you can call Card Services on 800 789 900†† (from Italy only) or +44 (0)20 3284 8395††† (from other countries) to access the automated PIN read back service, or register your Card on ‘My Account’, and follow the instructions on the screen.
