If the funds have never reached the Cash Passport then you will need to contact Card Services, and your query will be investigated.
The card will not be loaded and funds will be returned to the Bank Account that they were sent from. Payments will only be accepted from Bank Accounts in the name of the primary cardholder. Funds transferred from a business account will not be accepted.
It may take up to 5 working days for your funds to be transferred by your bank, however, be assured that we will load the funds onto your Cash Passport within 24 hours of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you, which will confirm the bank transfer has been completed and your Card has been loaded successfully. The email will also confirm any exchange rate that has been applied. Please ensure you have registered your email address with us in the secure ‘My Account’ area of our website.

If you would prefer not to keep your Card at the end of your trip, you can withdraw your remaining balance (assuming it is within the ATM's issuing limits) from an ATM displaying the MasterCard® Acceptance Mark. Alternatively, you can take your Cash Passport (and valid photo ID) back to the organisation where you bought it and have your balance (less any applicable fees) refunded. A fee may apply. Please see your respective Terms and Conditions for more information.
