Cash Passport – Transactions and Balance Enquiries
CHECKING YOUR BALANCE
We recommend that you register your Card at the ‘My Account’ page on this website, where you can see your Federal Bank Cash Passport balance and check any recent transactions. Alternatively, you can phone Card Services to use the automated balance service.
Some ATMs also provide balances, however, if the local currency of the ATM is not the same as the currency on your Cash Passport, the exchange rate used by the ATM to calculate the balance on the Card may be different to that applied to your Card and a variation may occur.
If you have a query about a transaction or the balance on your Federal Bank Cash Passport, please call the 24 hour Card Services team immediately (and in any event within thirty (30) days of the transaction debit date). They will be happy to check your Cash Passport and confirm the transaction details for you.
If there is a transaction which is not correct, Card Services can dispute this on your behalf. You will need to complete the Dispute Claim Form and send it to email@example.com .
