How to Replace or Cashout your Cash Passport Card

CARD EXPIRY

Before your card expires we will contact you to ask if you’d like to transfer the balance to a new card.

Alternatively, just take your card and valid photo ID (Passport, National ID card issued within the EU / EEA or Switzerland or Titre de séjour / Carte de résident  - French resident’s card) back to any Travelex branch in France, to transfer any remaining balance and load a new one.

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

If your card is lost or stolen, contact Card Services immediately so we can cancel it and organise a free replacement. Rest assured that your balance is chip and PIN protected and if you have a second card you can still access those funds with the secondary card.

CASHOUT AND CLOSE

If you would prefer not to keep your card for another trip, you can withdraw your remaining balance (assuming it is within the ATM's issuing limits) from an ATM displaying the MasterCard® Acceptance Mark. Alternatively, you can take your card back to any Travelex branch in France and have your balance refunded, less any applicable fees. (See your User Guide for further details).
